Due to the nature of the mystery baby scoops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction, buyer's remorse, style preferences, expectations of content or misunderstanding. If you have questions, please ask prior to placing your order we will be happy to help!

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships along with a tracking number.

During high demand periods (such as holidays, sales or new product drops) processing may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages
